Membership
The Harley Owners Group (HOG) is an organization founded and sponsored by the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. HOG is dedicated to the use and enjoyment of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. The mission of HOG is to: Ride and Have Fun.
If you're like us, you can't wait to find an excuse to ride. So after reading about all of the activities and events we have going on, you're probably wondering how you can get involved. It's very simple!
Step 1
You must be a member in good standing of National HOG, as we will need your National HOG number in order to join the East Valley Chapter. If you do not have that number yet, you can call 1-800-Club-HOG with your name and VIN # and they can give you your National number.
Step 2
Please download and fill out the Member Ship forms below.
Step 3
Bring your completed form and your annual dues payment of $25 in cash or check to any monthly general meeting, give it to the membership officer or any officer you see on a ride or event.
Step 4
Check out the calendar of events to see when and where our next event is. Then join in, Ride and HAVE FUN.

Forms
- All forms are in PDF format, can be opened with Adobe PDF:
- Form 1, you can open and just fill in the Blocks Highlighted in Blue; an original signature dated for 2022 is required.
- Form 2, you can open and use the "Fill & Sign" to complete the required areas; an original signature is required.
- Form 3, is just a Membership Reference Form.
Filling out the forms by typing is preferred, this way administration can read email addresses, phone #'s and ETC...
Members can Sign the Forms when they make Payment.
