4/16/25 Chapter Meeting

ATTENDANCE: 27

NEW MEMBERS: Clem Copoillo rides a 2020 Road Glide Limited, Greg, 2nd Harley
2012 CVO Street Glide Limited. Brad Fleck, 2024 Vivid Black Pan America, is from
Florida, wife passed away and her service dog is his best friend. Says he feels very
welcome to the chapter and that is what he was looking for. Jeff King, a former member
of the chapter, has decided to return as a member because he has always liked the chapter.

DESERT WIND: (YVONNE)
Yvonne provided root beer floats for everyone before the meeting started.
Her announcements were:
Home Runs & Harleys Bike Night at DW Friday April 18th at 5:00 pm.
H & W Law Team providing food in the cook shack. There will also be food trucks on
site. Kid’s corner, great entertainment, $250 Gift card giveaway, free entry for attending
giveaway, announced during the event. Enter to win a new Harley Sportster Nightster.
There will also be a 50/50 raffle drawing.
DWH-D Harley’s After Dark- April 30th, Free dinner & drinks. Pizza, chips, drinks and
desserts.Plus $500 gift card giveaway. RSVP to attend. All of the volunteers who
worked at the Demo Rides received a gift card from Desert Wind.

CHUCK:
Ride 365: We are down at #32. Top riders are Doug Warren and Tom White.
Chuck reminded everyone about the new website and the app HOG SCAN. It will cost
.99 cents to download but he will reimburse this cost if you want. We hope to be off of
Facebook by the end of 2025.
HD Lets Ride Challenge for Heroes-scan the QR code at DW, Tom gave a demo how to
scan and fill out a form to get a patch, challenge coin after 1000 miles etc.You can
possibly win a new motorcycle. This challenge is between March-Oct.31, 2025.

CHERYL:
May 3, 2025 is the International Female Ride Day (IFRD). This ride will leave out of
Desert Wind at 9:00 am.and end in Cottonwood. Registration is between 8:00-9:00 am.
Everyone is welcome on the ride. All men ride in the back. If you choose to ride just to
Payson that is fine, Chuck will lead whoever rides to Payson back to DW. DW will have
a lunch and a bling party.
